Agenda At Once is a comprehensive personal information manager that includes everything you need to have all your important data in one single place. The program includes a to-do-list, task scheduler,contact manager, quick notes, calendar and much more. It features a nice and intuitive user interface, which is very customizable in order to adjust it to your exact needs. It also has the ability to add tasks and subtasks and assign them to individuals and track them. You can have many of its functions open in one window, it supports drag and drop tasks and enables you to easily switch between daily, weekly or monthly displays. For each task you can include a description, select a color label, status, begin and end time, add a reminder, select a category and assignees, add a note and attachment and much more. As I said, you can create color labels to easily recognize the tasks, and even set different levels of priorities. You can password protect your information so nobody can see it but you. The program is very complete and it definitely deserves a try.
