Adobe Exchange Packager is an app that allows you to package content for Adobe Exchange. For example, you could add a text file (.txt) and would then just need to choose which Adobe point product, such as InDesign that Extension Manager should associate the file with and where it should be installed. You can type the path or simply choose from three cross platform locations in the pull down menu.
