Adobe Bridge, as its name suggests, is a bridge between Adobe's applications. It is a powerful and easy to use media manager that allows you to easily browse, locate, organize, and view your digital assets. The application features a Tools menu that enables you to quickly send files to various Adobe's products, for example, you can select some photos and send them to Photoshop for stitching or batch processing. With this great tool you can rearrange panels and create workspace settings that configure Bridge’s window for specific tasks, such as browsing folders, reviewing photos, assigning meta data, among others. Moreover, the program also allows you to display your files according to different criteria, for instance, you can show only photos taken or modified on specific dates or to which you’ve assigned keywords. What is more, you can also filter the view according to the image resolution, orientation and even aspect ratio.
Adobe Bridge 1.0 is no longer available for download, but you can get Adobe Bridge 3, which is included in all six editions of Adobe Creative Suite3 software and all professional Adobe creative applications.
