Adapt It WX 6.2.4

Adapt It WX is an open source program that provides you the necessary tools for translating either text or scripture from one language to another. It can be an appropriate tool for native speakers who have no linguistic training. It maintains a Knowledge Base which stores word and phrase adaptations that can be automatically inserted into the target text, thus speeding the translation process.
