Capture screen actions, annotate, modify videos and create eLearning games and quizzes. Record screen, cut, delete, crop, split, or merge the resulted files. Alter the playback speed, adjust the volume, insert freeze-frame, add annotations, voice narrations, and animation effects, etc.
ActivePresenter is a Windows utility that enables you to capture your desktop activity and webcam content and delivers quality output files in no time. In addition, it gives you access to a wide variety of video editing options to get the exact presentations you need.
The program provides you a lot of sample data which you can use in your projects. Another great feature is the ability to move the capturing screen on your desktop without pausing the recording process.
Once the recording process is complete, you can use the integrated video editor to improve your movie. The utility enables you to annotate your videos, add cursor effects, use the timeline tool to include additional content into your movie, etc.
Once you finish polishing your video, you can export it to the desired format. The program supports a lot of output formats.
Two aspects bother me about this utility: it's a bit pricey and the fact that it lacks an option to publish your videos directly from its interface. Other recording tools provide you with the ability to share your work on video sharing websites.
In conclusion, it's up to you to decide, based on your budget and needs, if it's worth buying ActivePresenter for your PC or not.
