It also helps to clone data from a machine to another, even if the hardware is different or the target is a virtual machine. Likewise, it lets you retrieve specific files or files by allowing you to mount the disk image previously created.

All in all, Active@ Disk Image does not have anything extraordinary to brag about, but it works just as expected. It certainly lacks some of the features you can find in the top software of this kind. The product is distributed in three editions: Lite (free), Standard and Pro. You should know that there are substantial differences between them, including the possibility to encrypt data and the support of incremental backups.
