ABHA: The Ayushman Bharat Health Account mobile app revamped by National Health Authority

The ABHA mobile application has been revamped by the National Health Authority (NHA) under its flagship scheme of Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM). This app provides an easy registration process for ABHA addresses (username@abdm) for Indian citizens. With its new user interface (UI) and functionalities, ABHA mobile application offers a longitudinal view of health records, which can be linked and shared with different health facilities and providers post-user consent through the ABDM network.

Moreover, the app offers multiple features, including the creation of an easy-to-remember ABHA address with a mobile number, email ID, or 14-digit ABHA number, access to health records such as lab reports, prescriptions, CoWIN vaccination certificates, and the ability to share health records with registered doctors, health facilities or health programs. ABHA mobile application also allows users to own and control the access of their health records, to revoke consent to stop sharing of health records, and to edit profile details, including address and update mobile number or email with respective OTP validation.

ABHA Mobile application is available in Hindi and English and will soon be available in other languages. Users are requested to kindly update their ABHA app from PlayStore to experience the new features and enhancements.
