ABalloon 2.1

I have always been frustrated by applications that do not provide balloon help (or Carbon Help in modern times). I was surprised to discover that there was no easy way to incorporate balloon help in PowerPlant windows. Later, I found that several people had posted their own solutions on the Metrowerks website. This is another solution, which has advantages over the others I have seen. ABalloon does not require you to write or modify any code (except for registering the class), works with default buttons, and even works with nested panes.
