The game is about a guy who's life will finally take a turn for the better. Meet new people (women), feel desired and wanted all in the game "A Happy Life". Can't upload a sample GIF of animations because of a 3MB size limit on this site (only images allowed, no video files), but there are GIF files on Patreonfor patrons that will be public 3 days after the initial release of the new version.
I have spent over 2000 hours on making this game in 2020 and I'm still working on it.
I use Daz Studios to render the images (takes about 1-2 days for 1 scenario with the new dedicated GPU).
I use paint 3D to fix imperfections on the renders, sometimes even pixel by pixel (have done that about 50-100 hours this year).
I use RenPy to write the code and text for the game (I'm pretty good at just python and C++ as well, but use them for other projects).
I use ShotCut to video edit the animations (starting in version 0.4.0 of the game).
Contrary to popular belief I actually have to pay real money to be able to work on this game, because the models, hardware and even electricity are not free...
I have had to pay an average of about 0.50 - 1.00 euros (similar to dollars) for every single hour I have worked on this game (not including my bills).
