A Familiar World is a funpuzzle game for adults. It tells the story of nine women and the circumstances that led them to flee their world.
Stuck in a post-apocalyptic world where the ratio of men to women is around 1:500, these girls have to improvise. By completing puzzles, you can unlock 17 short scenes that are designed to shed some light on what these women went through before deciding to leave their world behind.
A Familiar World can be enjoyed on its own, but initially it was intended to complement the gameA Foreign World and act as a fun little prologue.
Puzzles can be completed on five unique difficulties, ranging from surprisingly easy to frustratingly impossible. There are 44 puzzles meant to unlock scenes and 67 additional puzzles for people who want to enjoy the gamesome more.
Puzzles on the easiest difficulty take around30-60 seconds.
Puzzles on the hardest difficulty can take upward of one hour.
