"Ninety-Nine" or "99" is a fun card game with fairly simple rules. You must play cards that prevent a running total from crossing 33, 66, and 99; otherwise, you lose points. Has an easy-to-use interface and many features, including computer opponents, customization, sound, saving/loading games, and win/loss stats. Freeware.
