4D Runtime Single User is a commercial license that enables the deployment of compiled applications with superior protection and performance for large databases. It includes the 4D Database Engine, which runs interpreted or compiled applications, and must be delivered to each end user with the database. (For merging the 4D application with the database, 4D Runtime Volume License should be used.)
