3D Digestive System lets you explore the digestive system in 3D. The application, which is powered by Unity, shows a very detailed 3D image of the digestive system and all of its parts. You can either view it as a whole, or break it down by parts. The available organs are: esophagus, stomach, liver, gail bladder, pancreas, large intestine, and small intestine. Each image can be zoomed in and out and rotated using the mouse.
In addition to the 3D image, this application also comes with an encyclopedia which describes each organ of the digestive system. It also comes with important information on the prevention of conditions of the digestive system and digestion. The information is presented in a blue font color on a dark background, which is less than ideal for reading. There are images of the described organs as well. Here, you can also zoom in and out and pan the text using the buttons on the left toolbar.
In short, 3D Digestive System is a nice reference tool. The presentation leaves a bit to be desired, with a bad choice of colors and some grave spelling mistakes.
