1099-Etc is a program that allows you to prepare W-2s, all 1099s and many other forms for year-end payroll processing. You can transfer this data to the state and federal quarterly unemployment tax forms along with the year end W-2s and 1099s. 1099-Etc with the Payroll Module supports either "Live" or After-The-Fact Payroll.
