Fixed problem that kept the Key to Model Components window from displaying. Simulated renaturation of DNA programmed to happen much faster.

Implements Apple's security "sandboxing". Changes DNA sequence to conform to that of iPad apps, including OnScreen DNA Replication and OnScreen Gene Transcription. Adds a brief discussion of telomeres (relevant to the model's new nucleotide sequence) to the background material. The Print Model menu item has been deleted. Capture the Model View with Apple's Grab utility to get a printable image if desired.
