Fixed a few rare bugs that have surfaced recently:
• Fixed crash on startup in some cases: "Uncaught ReferenceError: balls is not defined" (thanks SFlav).
• Fixed crash after tournament win "Uncaught ReferenceError: menu is not defined" (thanks aka_haxy).
• Fixed online match crashing after playing for some time in some cases.
