Security can be applied at the level of individual files or applied with one click to all documents in the VDR or to all documents located in a given folder.
Access to files can be granted or withdrawn at any time, as well as blocking the possiblity to view, save and print any file, which gives the Administrator even more control over the shared documents. This also saves time and increases work flexibility. Thanks to the upgrade, you can transfer all transactional or project documentation to VDR and grant precise permissions for each individual file. Additionally, thanks to the activity reports, the Administrator can check who and for how long browsed any given file.
