NEW FEATURES:
- add support for "AirSync" based Logbook Synchronization. This is useful in areas with no WiFi or restricted WiFi support
- add support for looking at a Logbook "read only" when opening a Cloud backed Logbook file (iCloud and Dropbox only right now)
- when looking at Statistics, if you "Command-Click" on the "Equipment" button, it will now show you the Stats based on the "Date of Last Service" instead of in total. This will allow you to know how many dives have been done and how much time a piece of equipment has been used since the last time it was serviced.

BUGFIXES:
- fix appearance of some images looking like they are resizing when going in and out of Editing mode
- add a workaround to be able to keep downloading dives when encountering a corrupted dive in an ScubaPro/UWatec G2 download

- fix problem recognizing some Garmin MK2i transmitters when IMPORTing FIT files
