1. Fixed: The image metadata "Creation Date Time" sometimes does not work in the output image.

1. New: Support HEIF/HEIC picture types.
(1) You can batch convert static/single jpg/png/tiff/bmp and other types of pictures to heic static/single pictures, or reverse conversion.
(2) You can batch convert GIF animation pictures to heic animation/sequence pictures, or reverse conversion.
2. New: The option of "Subdirectories of Source Picture Directory" has been added to the "Output Path" selection list of the output settings.
3. New: Output settings can be saved as custom presets. In this way, when exporting pictures in the future, you can use various preset parameters that were previously customized.
